     A&B Homes, Inc. has been in business since 1970 at the same location and same ownership.  We pride ourselves on not only customer service, but also quality installation of our modular homes.  All our houses are custom built.  This allows us to supply you with the house you have in mind. All we need to know is what you want, and we can take it from there.  We'll help in every phase of the process.  We arrange financing, schedule surveys, apply for the permits, arrange for the site work, (excavation, foundation, well, septic, plumbing and electrical connections) ... or supply prints if you want to do it yourself.  Call us any time, we're glad to help you.

Our log sided homes give you the "Log Cabin Look" with the energy efficiency of a full 2x6 wall behind it.  You get R21 in the wall or we have an optional foam wrap under the log siding which can increase the "R" factor to R26.

Make yourself at home in Your New Modular Home from A&B Homes, Inc.  We
can customize our homes to meet your tastes and needs.  We build two stories,
capes, ranches, split-levels, "T" or "L" ranches or most any style.
                                                                                           
Fireplaces, like the one to the left are installed by our manufacturer or, we
have masons that can construct the size and style fireplace you want
as well as the finish (brick, stone etc.)  We can also provide your home
with stone or brick accents - interior or exterior. 
                                               
Exteriors can also be customized with log siding, pine lap siding, masonry
or vinyl siding.  Once the house is installed, dormers can be added, as you
can see from the house below.  Porches, decks, garages and patios all can
be installed to make the house your own and as different as you like.
